These early interventions demonstrated VDO\u2019s commitment to environmental sustainability, community mobilization, and livelihood support.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">PACR Program (2024-2026), Capacity-building remained central, with three Trainings of Trainers in Lahore and Faisalabad equipping 28 participants (14 male, 14 female), followed by four replication trainings that expanded outreach to 80 more participants.
